November/December Indoor Clinics 2022
For the Select/Travel Level Player
Get your player out of the house, work on baseball skills and have some fun in a BCC Baseball indoor clinic. Players will be taught in a small group setting and will receive personalized instruction. Clinics are limited to 12 participants. Coach to player ratio will be 1 to 6. Sessions will be conducted by BCC professional coaches.
PITCHING CLINIC – In this six-week pitching clinic, pitchers will learn to throw harder and pitch smarter while reducing the risk of injury. Focus will be on proper pitching mechanics and effective ways to improve ball control.
Saturdays 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Session P1 - 11:00am-12:00pm – ages 9/10
Session P2 - 12:15-1:15pm - ages 11/12
Session P3 - 1:30-2:30pm – ages 13/14
CATCHERS CLINIC – In this six-week catchers clinic, players will receive instruction on stance, signs, receiving, framing, blocking, throwing, fielding bunts, tags and the mental aspects of dealing with pitchers. (This clinic is limited to 6 participants)

Session C2 - 12:15-1:15pm - ages 11/12
Session C3 - 1:30-2:30pm – ages 13/14
HITTING CLINIC – In this six-week clinic, players will develop proper hitting mechanics and focus on fundamentals such as stance, proper load and attacking the ball.
Sundays 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18
Session H1 - 11:00am-12:00pm – ages 9/10
Session H2 - 12:15-1:15pm – ages 11/12
Session H3 - 1:30-2:30 – ages 13/14

INFIELD CLINIC – In this six-week clinic, focus will be on learning proper technique, footwork, and throwing mechanics to become a successful infielder. This program not only teaches the fundamentals, but also provides your young infielder with a lot of reps.
Mondays 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19
Session F1 - 5:00-6:00pm – ages 9/10
Session F2 - 6:15-7:15pm – ages 11/12
Session F3 - 7:30-8:30pm – ages 13/14
